Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (or AGG) is a team sport where large groups of gymnasts perform coordinated continuous movements, that test elements like speed, strength, flexibility and balance. AGG is based on natural movements of the body performed with grace.
Who We Are?
Aesthetic Group Gymnastics New Zealand Trust Board is a national body responsible for the development, promotion, governance of AGG throughout Nee Zealand being an A-license member of International Aesthetic group Gymnastics Federation (IFAGG). A board consisting of the president and board members operate the federation activities.
